When you first mentioned MAC I remembered that I did see a similar one before I made this, but what I seen is this one: http://www.jpgwallpaper.com/image_cache/ 229_preview.png
The one you posted and what I did are very similar though, but are still just holes with bevel and shadow effects.

I don't know what "senectous of Keynote" is but I did the background myself just to place something behind the text, I made it once with the text.
